Check this page out from time to time for news from our program. We update it as often as we can, especially during the season. Contributions are welcome.
Also, there are links to our Regional Calendar and the Beverly Hills High School soccer teams' schedule of games. Many AYSO players and alumni/ae play on the school's teams.
News from 1996 - 2007 is posted on our History page. You can also read two diaries recounting the experiences of our teams at the National Games in Kalamazoo in 1996 and in Hawaii in 2002.

Our 2008 regular season was our most successful ever. Over 2,300 players. Hundreds of coaches. A couple of hundred referees! And an immeasurable amount of fun. Congratulations to our league champions, coached by Daryoush Dayan (BU14), Jeff Colvin (GU14), Mike McAlister and Steven Dunn (BU12), Tom Gores and Stuart Pollock (GU12), and Rick Wolfen and Brian Schirn (GU10). (Someone will let us know one day who won Boys Under 10!) Thanks to all who helped and all who played. And it will be even better in 2009.
Our 2007-8 All Star teams were honored at City Hall on May 20.
April: Changing of the guard. Jeff Pop takes over as Regional Commissioner from Lance Roth, who has served on the Regional Board of Directors since 1991 and as Regional Commissioner since 2002 (six seasons). Lance continues to serve on the Board as director of Special Projects. Other significant appointments: Mike Karon and Shirley Watkins as Assistant Regional Commissioners and Michael Karlin (who continues to serve as our webmaster), Robin Corbett as Coach Administrators for U10 and above and U6 and U8 respectively and Uniforms Coordinator Rick Wolfen. We welcome to the Board Ben Neydavood, who will be working with Mark Landry as division director for Girls U12, and Richard Hull and Richard Winter, who will be division directors in Boys Under 10, our largest division.
February: Over one third of our teams from 2007 returned full sets of uniforms under our Uniform Donation Program. Program coordinator Shirley Watkins laundered everyone of them and donated them through our Area to a variety of low-income soccer programs.
